Plummer Home has a Community Based Group Home for boys ages 12-18 and a Pre-Independent Living program for boys ages 16-22.  In addition, we have a Family Partners Program through which we are able to offer services to adolescents living in the community.

All programming is based on 3 principles:

·        Permanency: every child needs a life-long connection with a positive adult

·        Preparedness:  teens need to reach adulthood with a range of personal and practical skills

·        Community:  involvement with community is essential to each child’s long term success

Exciting News:

We have a new basketball court!!

Thanks to a very generous gift from football Hall of Famer Steve Young’s Forever Young Foundation, the Plummer Home has replaced our decrepit, asphalt basketball court with a state of the art multi-purpose sports court.

On top of that, through the Celtics and RE/MAX Home Court Program we were treated to a visit by Celtics forward Glen Davis (Big Baby) and Celtics Legend/broadcaster Cedric Maxwell.  The Home also received a variety of Celtics-themed items, an electronic scoreboard, and many other items.
